You can absolutely book your rental online. Our automated rental system allows you to quickly and easily book your reservations using our web site. There is no need to call our store unless you have questions or need additional information. Of course, if you are more comfortable booking your reservation by phone or in person, we welcome you to do so.
Yes, an account is created for every rental customer, whether renting online, by phone, or in person. This allows us to more accurately track our rentals and also gives us the ability to better serve your needs for any future rentals. If you choose to make your reservation online, a new account will be created for you automatically--there are no additional steps required. If you already have an account, you can simply login during the checkout process (or before) and this will help streamline your checkout process.
You can use our search function at the top of any page or the category selectors to find the item you are interested in. Once you are on the item page, simply select the length of time you need the item, and the click the calendar selector to choose the date. The calendar will display all days that are currently available for the item.
Yes, in most cases we can deliver and pick up your item. If delivery is available for an item, an optional delivery selector will display on the item page. You can check the delivery cost by submitting your street address to display an immediate delivery quote. You can then choose to include delivery/pick up, or pick up the item yourself at our location.
